Senior Architects - Proficient in Architectural design & planning - Familiar with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other required software - Knowledge of building codes & regulations - Experience in construction detailing - Demonstrates creativity and design thinking - Skilled in project and time management - Capable of effective communication with clients team & other consultants - Strong problem-solving abilities Architecture Assistant - Proficient in AutoCAD (2D drafting) - Understanding of engineering or architectural standards - Ability to read and interpret drawings - Skilled in dimensioning and detailing - Basic knowledge of structural/mep components - Effective time management skills Qualifications required for the roles include: - Bachelor's degree/Diploma in architecture - 4-5+ years of experience in construction and architecture - Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills - Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software Interested candidates are encouraged to share their resume & portfolio via studiosaarth@gmail.com.
