PLC Engineer

Job Description : Design, Development, testing & debugging of: High speed Digital, Analog, controllers, ULC, PLC etc. using inputs from clients. Prepare the IO summary based on Sequence of operation and other technical data. Programming using Functional Block, Ladder Language, Structured Text, Embedded C, C++, etc. Able to write Macros and create logic in HMI and Software. Preparation of SOO, programming as per SOO, bench test, machine test, checklist preparation. Experience working with Siemens, ABB, Mitsubishi, CAREL ULC, Distech Controllers. Update all the final deliverables package and test records on server. Participation in FAT/FWT, on-site start-up and troubleshoot, as needed. Provide Site commissioning support as per project requirements. Component selection and developing BOMs, raising material requisition for procurement. Support for developing products including standards, manuals, test procedures and test reports for industry specific products. Software configuration management tools, defect tracking tools, and peer review. 100% adherence to project timeliness and schedule. Value engineering to ensure optimal resource and inventory utilization. Preparation of technical datasheets for product including packing. Coordinate with vendors for development of new products. Quality check of software?s, finished goods. Quality check the work done by junior team members and ensure correctness. Taking care of all company materials in your possession. Impart training junior/new team members on various product lines and software tools. Give Product training to production, service & sales team. Troubleshoot various site issues remotely/on-site. Acquire knowledge on new products and tools through self-learning. Participation in audits, preparation of QC checklists, involvement in standardization at organizational level. Attend technical/client meetings as required. Demonstrate team management skills. Experience : Min 2 to 8 years Education : B.E.
