About the role
As an Oracle Fusion Projects & Contracts Lead / Architect, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Lead Oracle Fusion Projects (PPM) and Contracts implementations, enhancements, and support engagements. - Define solution architecture and best practices for Oracle Fusion Projects and Contracts. - Drive requirement gathering, solution design, fit-gap analysis, and stakeholder management. - Provide functional and technical leadership to development and consulting teams. - Design integration architecture using OIC, APIs, and third-party systems. - Review solution designs, technical specifications, customizations, and reports. - Lead data migration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities. - Ensure adherence to Oracle standards, governance, security, and compliance requirements. - Mentor team members and act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders. In order to excel in this role, you are expected to possess the following required skills: - Extensive experience in Oracle Fusion PPM (Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Control, Project Management) and Oracle Contracts. - Multiple end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation experience. - Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion architecture, OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, BI Publisher, OTBI, and security framework. - Experience designing enterprise integrations and solution architecture. - Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and client-facing skills. - Ability to lead distributed teams and manage project deliverables. Preferred qualifications for this position include: - Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications. - Experience with Finance (GL, AP, AR) integration with Projects and Contracts. - Experience in global implementation programs and transformation initiatives. The company prefers candidates with an immediate to 30 days notice period and offers a hybrid/remote work location.
