We are looking for experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultants with strong Managed Services / AMS / Production Support experience for an immediate hiring drive. Open Positions - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) 1 Position - SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM) 1 Position - SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB) 1 Position - SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals (PMGM) 1 Position - SAP SuccessFactors Compensation 1 Position - SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) 1 Position - SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development 1 Position Mandatory Requirements - 58 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors. - Strong experience in Managed Services / AMS / Production Support (Mandatory). - Expertise in at least one of the listed SuccessFactors modules. - Experience in configuration, production support, enhancements, and issue resolution. - Hands-on experience in incident management, service requests, change requests, and defect resolution. - Experience in SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, and Hypercare support. - Robust understanding of HR business processes and stakeholder management. - Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Key Responsibilities - Provide L2/L3 support for SAP SuccessFactors applications. - Configure and maintain SuccessFactors modules based on business requirements. - Analyze and resolve production issues within agreed SLAs. - Implement enhancements and change requests. - Support integrations and data synchronization activities. - Participate in requirement gathering, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. - Prepare functional documentation, test scenarios, and knowledge articles. - Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and global stakeholders. Preferred Skills - SAP SuccessFactors Certification in the relevant module. - Experience with Employee Central integrations. - Knowledge of Business Rules, MDF Objects, Foundation Objects, Workflows, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP). - Exposure to SAP HCM integration is an added advantage.
