About the role
Measurement & Verification : Take and check physical site measurements against structural drawings and record them in measurement books. Bill Preparation : Prepare client and vendor bills, material reconciliation statements, and bar bending schedules (BBS). Rate Analysis : Evaluate item rates, extra items, and project costs based on tender documents and market rates. Payment Coordination : Follow up with the finance and accounts departments to ensure timely payment clearances
