About The Role SuccessMetrics is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with 810 years of hands-on experience to lead solution design and delivery across large-scale Salesforce programs. The ideal candidate is PDII-certified, holds either the Application Architect or System Architect credential, and brings a proven track record of architecting complex, high-volume solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloudwith deep expertise in OmniStudio and data integrations. Youll be a strategic contributor, responsible for crafting scalable, secure, and performant solutions that meet business goals and adhere to best practices. This is a client-facing role that involves leadership, mentoring, and full ownership of architectural decisions. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end architecture for enterprise Salesforce implementationsTranslate business needs into scalable, secure, and performant Salesforce solutionsDesign system and data architectures across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience CloudDevelop OmniStudio architectures including FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptorsOwn integration strategy with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and third-party connectorsProvide guidance on data migration, ETL strategy, large data volumes (LDV), and performance optimizationCoach, mentor, and review the work of junior developers and administratorsParticipate in pre-sales solutioning and estimation activities when neededEnsure adherence to Salesforce security, governance, and DevOps practices Required Qualifications 810 years of Salesforce experience with 3+ years as a Solution or Technical ArchitectSalesforce Platform Developer I & II certificationsCertified Application Architect or System ArchitectSales or Service Cloud Consultant Certification (Must)Experience Cloud Consultant Certification (Must)At least 12 years of OmniStudio implementation experienceStrong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, JavaScript, JSON, and integration frameworksDemonstrated experience in large data volume processing and scalable architecture patternsExperience designing security models, sharing rules, and governance frameworksExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiencesProven ability to work independently and manage solution delivery end to end Preferred Qualifications Background in Public Sector Solutions, Nonprofit Cloud, or Health CloudFamiliarity with Agile methodology, Salesforce DevOps tools (Salesforce CLI, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines)Experience in architecture review boards or technical governance Why Join Us About At SuccessMetrics, were building a world-class team of Salesforce experts who are passionate about impact and innovation.
