Key Responsibilities Lead design and development of Cast Resin Transformers (CRT) for industrial and commercial projects. Prepare detailed electrical designs, drawings, and technical specifications. Conduct design validation, testing, and performance analysis of CRT systems. Support techno-commercial discussions with clients and consultants. Ideal Candidate Profile Strong background in transformer electrical design, preferably CRT. Hands-on experience in design software and electrical analysis tools. Ability to handle design documentation and client interactions independently. Exposure to turnkey or solution-based projects is an advantage.
