Asset Management Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities : You will be responsible for implementation of CMMS in projects. In this context, you will oversee & assist at each stage on asset management topics: asset condition assessment, criticality analysis, renewal plan, availability, maintenance plan, etc. You will be a reference about asset management and elaborate documents for the knowledge databases. 1. Enhancement of Asset Management Join and contribute to the enhancement of criticality analysis for both linear and non-linear assets, providing a comprehensive understanding of asset importance and potential risks. Participate in the development of asset condition and performance assessments, using data-driven approaches to optimize asset health and longevity. 2. Strategic Investment and Renewal Planning Develop and implement a forward-looking capital investment plan for the next five years, providing a roadmap for strategic investment. Assist in formulating a comprehensive plan for asset renewals and major overhauls, ensuring the longevity and performance of critical infrastructure 3. Data Analysis and Technological Integration Conduct a thorough assessment of available data, information, and technology used in GIS, identifying opportunities for optimization and enhancement. Actively participate in the integration of EAM, WFM, and GIS applications, leveraging technology to improve service delivery and operational efficiency. 4. Comprehensive Reporting and Safety Compliance Participate in annual reporting and asset valuation review, contributing to the transparency and accountability of asset management practices. Uphold health and safety rules and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment while supporting the ISO 55001 initiative project, a key standard for asset management. 5. Governance Development of standard methods and tools for asset management needs. Contribute to life of O&M, especially on asset management topics. Promote asset management best practices throughout the company.
