Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Pytest: - Perform functional and regression testing of REST and SOAP APIs: - Validate API responses, payloads, status codes, and error handling - Work closely with developers and product teams to understand requirements and test coverage - Utilize tools like Postman for manual and exploratory API testing - Manage and maintain test repositories using GitLab, GitHub, or Bitbucket: - Collaborate in CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated tests into the deployment process - Log and track defects, and participate in debugging and troubleshooting sessions Required Skills: - Robust hands-on experience in Python for QA automation - Proficient in Pytest framework - Deep understanding of REST and SOAP API testing - Familiarity with Postman or similar API testing tools - Experience with GitLab, GitHub, or Bitbucket for version control - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar Good to Have: - Experience with performance testing or security testing tools - Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.) - Understanding of Agile methodologies and QA best practices Compensation: 35,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
