Please read the JD and year of experience Job Title: Generative AI Engineer (Python | RAG | Agentic AI | Azure AI) Experience 8–12 Years Experience Individual Contributor (IC) Location-Bangalore Employment Type-Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Generative AI Engineer with strong expertise in Python and hands-on experience in building enterprise-grade AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) . The ideal candidate should have practical experience in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) , Vector Databases , Agentic AI , and Microsoft's AI ecosystem, including Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry . Experience with LangGraph for building multi-agent workflows is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using Python and modern LLM frameworks. Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise use cases. Develop AI agents and multi-agent workflows using Agentic AI principles. Integrate Vector Databases for semantic search, document retrieval, and knowledge management. Develop intelligent copilots and conversational AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio. Build AI solutions leveraging Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI services. Implement prompt engineering, context management, and LLM orchestration techniques. Work with LangGraph to develop scalable agent workflows and autonomous AI systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into business applications. Evaluate, monitor, and improve AI model performance, reliability, and scalability. Required Skills Strong programming skills in Python . 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI . Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications. Hands-on experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus, etc.). Experience developing Agentic AI or AI agent-based solutions. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar AI development tools. Experience working with Microsoft Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI services. Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) , prompt engineering, embeddings, and semantic search. Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, and modern software development practices. Preferred Skills 1–2 years of hands-on experience with LangGraph . Experience with LangChain and AI orchestration frameworks. Knowledge of Azure OpenAI Service. Experience deploying AI applications on Azure cloud. Understanding of AI governance, model evaluation, and responsible AI principles. Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native application development. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or a related field. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborate with global teams.
