About the role
We are looking for skilled Engineers to join our Production team at Suma Japanese Technologies Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and experience working with various technologies. Roles and Responsibility Design, develop, and test new products and systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during production. Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and software engineering principles. Experience with manufacturing processes and quality control measures. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Diploma/ BE/ B Tech in Automobile/ Mechanical/ Electrical and Electronics with 1-3 years Exp in Engineering/ Manufacturing industry
