Designation: Jr. Support Engineer Location: Aundh, Pune Employment Type: Permanent CTC: Up to 3.00 LPA Experience: 06 Months / Fresher Shift: Rotational (IST) Gender Preference: Male Interview Mode: Face-to-Face / Online / Client Round – Face-to-Face Interview Panel: Tushar Ghate / Ajas Saif Interview Time: 1–5 PM IST Closure Date: 6th July 2026 Background Verification: Mandatory Key Requirements Exceptional communication skills (oral & written English proficiency). Basic IT knowledge with exposure to current technologies. Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and week offs. Ability to adhere to SOPs and process guidelines. Responsibilities Update internal databases with technical issues and customer discussions. Monitor live proctor/production environments. Identify and resolve critical issues as per SOPs. Respond promptly to customer queries; document issues & resolutions. Develop customer support solutions with attention to detail. Ensure process adherence and strive for best practices.
