Face to Face interview : Location : Bangalore Date : 01-Aug-2026 (Saturday) -09:30 AM to 1pm Primary Skills: Azure Synapse, Databricks Migration, Data Engineering Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer to lead the assessment, optimization, and modernization of an enterprise-scale data platform built on Azure Synapse Analytics. The ideal candidate will play a key role in defining and executing the migration strategy from Azure Synapse to Databricks while ensuring platform performance, scalability, and data integrity. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and understand the existing end-to-end data architecture and pipeline ecosystem. Assess and validate data flows across ingestion, transformation, and consumption layers. Identify architectural gaps, performance bottlenecks, and modernization opportunities. Define and drive the migration strategy from Azure Synapse to Databricks. Ensure data quality, performance optimization, scalability, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align data platform capabilities with organizational goals. Please Note: This is not a walk-in drive.
