Kinaxis Technical Lead - IT

Take up the role of Technical Lead of the Kinaxis Maestro and other IT solutions in Supply Chain function Generate and report analytics on adoption of the IT solutions and value realization through the same Work with the business leadership to implement governance of the IT solution adoption to ensure high adoption of the solution Manage a team of external IT consultants who will be managing the application in Business As Usual mode. Ensure the support team is meeting the service SLAs Work with the business stakeholders and external consultants in getting the required enhancements rolled out in Kinaxis Rapid Response / Maestro. Process improvement through new digital interventions Partner with business leaders/stakeholders to identify process gaps, improvement opportunities and innovation opportunities in supply chain function Ideate the digital/ IT solution intervention, create solution roadmap and get the business case approved Work with internal IT team/ external partners / implementation Partners for rollout of the IT solutions Work closely with IT development, testing, and support teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of applications and enhancements Collaborate with the business team create and validate the IT solution Act as a change champion by facilitating user adoption, conducting UAT, and ensuring smooth rollout of new digital tools Support data-driven decision making by enabling reporting, dashboards , and analytics tailored for supply chain leaders The candidate has to bring in supply chain domain expertise, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate complex business needs into practical IT solutions. The role requires a combination of consulting mindset, analytical acumen, and execution excellence to ensure that IT continues to be a true enabler for business growth. Skill (Functional & Behavioural): Functional Skills: Understanding of Demand planning , Supply planning / Rough Cut Capacity Planning and Sales and Operation Planning process Experience of working on the advance planning solutions like Kinaxis Maestro/ SAP APO/ SAP IBP / O9 Experience of working on reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau and data warehousing tools like BW Understanding/Experience of working on Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes Behavioural Skills Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Analytical mindset with problem-solving orientation. Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage conflicts. Change management and influencing skills. High ownership, accountability, and proactive attitude.
