As a Senior User Experience Designer at Sunfox Technologies, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our mobile and web platforms. Your designs will directly impact how users interact with our innovative digital products that aim to make quality healthcare accessible to all. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design of intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling experiences for our mobile and web applications. - Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into thoughtful design solutions. - Build, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems. - Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs in Figma. - Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine designs. - Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. - Champion design best practices and the latest UI/UX trends across the team. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design. - Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile and web app design work. - Expert-level proficiency in Figma. - Solid understanding of design systems, interaction design, and visual design principles. - Well-versed in the latest UI trends, modern design patterns, and accessibility standards. - Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design decisions. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - A keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting pixel-perfect experiences.
