Our vision is to create a unique and engaging app experience tailored for Indian audiences, aged 18-45, who love reels and crave deeper connections. Were at the MVP stage and looking for a visionary CTO to lead our tech efforts and bring our app to life. Role Overview As the CTO, youll take charge of the technical strategy, oversee the development of the MVP, and build a world-class tech team. Youll be the driving force behind creating a scalable, high-performance platform while working closely with the founder and other stakeholders to align the technical roadmap with our business goals. Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: - Define the technical vision, architecture, and development roadmap. - Oversee the development of the MVP and ensure its timely delivery. - Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to keep Supergram competitive. Team Building and Management - Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of developers, designers, and QA engineers. - Foster a team-oriented, high-performance culture within the team. Product Development - Ensure the MVP is scalable, secure, and optimized for Indian users. - Guide the team in implementing features like reels, location-based discovery, and social interactions. - Collaborate with the design team to create an intuitive and visually appealing user interface. Operational Oversight - Establish best practices for coding, testing, and deployment. - Implement DevOps processes for CI/CD, server management, and performance monitoring. - Manage technical risks and troubleshoot production issues as needed.
