Job Description What you'll do: Design & build scalable Java-based applications and APIs Lead development of microservices for high-traffic platforms React or front-end exposure Drive cloud-native solutions (Azure) Experience with GenAI / developer productivity tools Integrate with multiple enterprise systems and third-party services Own performance, scalability, and reliability of systems Mentor engineers and drive DevSecOps & CI/CD practices Must-have skills: Java (11+), Spring Boot, Microservices Cloud experience (Azure preferred) Messaging systems (RabbitMQ / Azure Service Bus) Strong RDBMS & SQL tuning (Postgres/Oracle/DB2) End-to-end SDLC exposure Strong architecture and design patterns knowledge Agile leadership experience Good to have: Observability tools (Datadog / Splunk) Experience integrating legacy & modern systems
