SAP Functional Consultant

As a Solution Architect - SAP Integration at SuperProcure, you will play a crucial role in driving business requirements for various clients and ensuring that product implementations match client expectations. Your responsibilities will include: - Taking complete ownership of project solutions, from requirement gathering and architecture design to deployment and client adoption, ensuring seamless implementation and measurable business value across clients. - Interacting with clients to understand, document, organize, and clarify their business needs, prioritizing requirements, preparing business blueprints, and identifying areas for customization. - Collaborating with the technical analyst and development team to ensure they understand the specifications and building applicable scenarios for the testing team. - Conducting client training workshops, documenting system scenarios, and identifying roles impacted to help develop a change management/training plan. - Assisting the project manager in scoping and tracking projects, developing workstreams, and ensuring reliable delivery. - Participating in client reviews and driving customer success. - Mentoring and guiding business analysts in solution consultation and fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement. - Defining, implementing, and standardizing frameworks for requirement elicitation, documentation, and validation to ensure consistency, completeness, and alignment with business and technical objectives. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Post Graduate in Business Management or equivalent. - Total IT experience of 12-15 years with 8-7 years of experience as a Solution Architect or equivalent role. - Prior experience working with APIs and SAP as functional or technical consultant. - Consulting mindset with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. - Ability to work under pressure, meet client timelines, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. - Ability to observe & learn new things including new tools. - Weightage provided to past experience in project management tools like Jira, Zoho Projects, Asana, Adobe XD, etc. - Understanding of the Supply Chain and Logistics domain. - Experience in gathering and consolidating requirements from cross-functional groups at consulting & tech firms.
