This role sits within the engineering team that builds and maintains the RPA platform (Supervity v1 and v2), whose backend actions and core execution engine are built on C#. Role Summary We are hiring an experienced C# Developer to design, build, and maintain the backend actions and core functionality that power Supervitys RPA platform (v1 and v2). This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who has deep experience with the .NET ecosystem and enjoys building reliable, high-performance automation components used in production by enterprise customers. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend action libraries and core RPA engine components in C#/.NET Build and extend automation “actions” (UI automation, API integrations, data processing, exception handling) used across bot workflows Debug and resolve issues in existing v1/v2 codebases, including legacy code, with minimal disruption to production bots Collaborate with product and QA teams to scope, estimate, and deliver new action packages and platform features Optimize performance, stability, and error-handling of automation actions running at enterprise scale Write clean, well-documented, testable code and participate in code reviews Contribute to the ongoing modernization/migration path from v1 to v2 architecture where applicable Work closely with RPA developers/consultants to understand real-world automation requirements and translate them into robust backend capabilities Required Qualifications 5+ years of professional software development experience with C# and the .NET Framework / .NET Core Strong object-oriented design and programming skills Experience building or maintaining desktop/backend automation components (UI Automation, COM, Win32 API, or similar) is highly relevant Solid experience with SQL Server (schema design, stored procedures, performance tuning) Experience with Web APIs / WCF services and integrating with third-party systems Familiarity with multi-threading, exception handling, and building resilient, long-running processes Experience with version control (Git) and working in Agile/Scrum teams Strong debugging skills and comfort working with legacy code Good communication skills — able to work directly with cross-functional and distributed teams Nice to Have Prior experience in the RPA domain (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or a proprietary RPA platform) Experience with browser automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, or similar) Exposure to Windows Services, background job processing, or scheduler frameworks Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of design patterns used in extensible plugin/action-based architectures What We Offer Opportunity to work on a platform used by 40+ enterprise customers, including Fortune 500 companies Direct exposure to how automation and AI-driven “Auto” technology is deployed at enterprise scale Collaborative, engineering-driven culture with ownership over meaningful parts of the product Growth path within a fast-scaling company (Series A funded
