About the role
As a Process Automation, Process Improvement, and Product Coordination Specialist at our company, your role is crucial in enhancing operational efficiency through automation, process improvement, and product coordination efforts. You will play a key role in identifying, analyzing, and implementing automation solutions, as well as leading process improvement initiatives and ensuring seamless product development and delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Process Automation: - Identify and analyze key business processes for automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency. - Develop and deploy automation workflows using tools like Power Automate, Google Apps script, Postman, and Google Cloud console. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline manual workflows with automation tools. - Monitor and optimize automated processes for continuous improvement. - Provide training to teams on using new automation tools effectively. - Process Improvement: - Lead process improvement initiatives focusing on operational efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement. - Conduct data analysis to identify process bottlenecks and areas for improvement. - Design and implement process improvement plans based on Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies. - Work closely with stakeholders to ensure process improvements align with business goals. - Develop and maintain documentation for improved processes for sustainability and knowledge transfer. - Product Coordination: - Act as a liaison between different teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery. - Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing product-related tasks for timely launches. - Monitor product timelines, resources, and progress, resolving issues that may impact delivery. - Prepare and deliver reports on product status, issues, and performance metrics. - Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define product requirements and feature prioritization. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (Masters preferred). - Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in process automation, process improvement, or product coordination. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Google Apps script, Postman, Google Cloud console), and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana). - Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
