MEP Manager

Roles & Responsibilities 1. Carry out detailed MEP quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation from tender, GFC, and construction drawings. 2. Review and validate contractor BOQs, measurement sheets, variations, and certify MEP RA bills . 3. Review, coordinate, and approve MEP design, shop, and coordination drawings . 4. Ensure MEP designs and execution comply with project specifications, NBC, IS codes, and statutory norms . 5. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and consultants to resolve design clashes and constructability issues . 6. Oversee day-to-day MEP execution at site to ensure adherence to approved drawings, quality, and timelines. 7. Monitor MEP progress and report status, risks, and corrective actions to VP – Engineering . 8. Manage and coordinate MEP contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for timely and quality delivery. 9. Review and approve method statements, material submittals, and work plans . 10. Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards during MEP installation and execution. 11. Plan and supervise testing, commissioning, and handover of all MEP systems. Ensure preparation and submission of as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties, and handover documentation .
