Role Overview Sureify is seeking a highly operational and execution-focused Vice President of Client Engineering to lead our Hyderabad-based Client Engineering organization. Reporting to the VP of Professional Services, this leader will oversee a team of 100+ client engineers responsible for client implementations, integrations, configuration, and technical execution across strategic client programs. This role partners closely with Delivery Managers and cross-functional leadership to ensure successful execution, strong delivery performance, and scalable operational maturity across the Client Engineering organization. The VP of Client Engineering will be accountable for improving execution velocity, engineering throughput, quality, predictability, and organizational accountability while building a high-performance culture centered on ownership, urgency, and operational excellence.
