About the role
Responsibilities: Build and deploy AI agents for real-time voice conversations.Integrate STT / TTS pipelines (speech text).Connect agents with telephony systems (Twilio / SIP / Voice APIs).Design call workflows, handling logic, and disposition tracking.Optimize latency for smooth, human-like conversations.Handle 100+ concurrent calls per agent.Build scalable backend systems for production deployment.Integrate LLMs, APIs, and automation pipelines. Requirements: Strong Python experience.Hands-on with LLMs / AI agent frameworks.Experience with STT / TTS systems (e. g., OpenAI, Deepgram).Telephony integrations (Twilio / SIP / Voice APIs).Real-time streaming and low-latency systems.Webhooks, async systems, event-driven architecture.Experience deploying scalable production systems.LangChain / LlamaIndex.Cloud (AWS / GCP / Azure).Docker/infra pipelines.Observability for AI systems.
