Qualifications: Bachelor s in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Experience in machine design, CAD tools , and manufacturing processes. Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. Responsibilities: Design & Development: Create and improve machinery designs using CAD, including detailed specs and BOMs. Prototyping & Testing: Build and test prototypes, analyze results, and refine designs. Project Management: Oversee design projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve design and production issues. Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards and safety regulations. Improvement: Drive innovation and continuous improvement in product quality and efficiency.
