QA (Mobile App Tester): Job Title:QA (Mobile Apps Tester) Experience:1+ Years Vacancy:1 Location:Katargam, Surat Requirements: - Solid understanding of Software Quality Assurance (QA) concepts, methodologies, and testing processes. - Ability to create, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test reports. - Experience in defect identification, reporting, tracking, and verification. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Experience in managing, categorizing, and responding to technical support tickets. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to maintain positive and professional relationships with users and stakeholders. Responsibilities: - Perform functional, usability, regression, and compatibility testing. - Identify, document, track, and verify defects throughout the software development lifecycle. - Respond to user queries, feedback, and support requests in a timely manner. - Collaborate with developers and other team members to ensure product quality. - Stay up to date with the latest QA methodologies, tools, and industry best practices. .
