Manual & Automation Test EngineerWe are looking for a skilled Manual & Automation Test Engineer with 0 - 2 years of experience; who can design, develop, and execute test plans to ensure product quality. The role involves strong analytical skills, hands-on testing experience, and the ability to work closely with the development team to deliver high-quality software products.Key Responsibilities :- Analyze requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to create detailed test plans and test cases.- Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, system, and integration testing.- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium/ TestNG/JUnit/Playwright/Cypress.- Identify, log, and track defects in tools like JIRA/Bugzilla/Azure DevOps.- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA leads to clarify requirements and resolve issues.- Participate in test planning, estimation, and review meetings.- Execute API testing using Postman/ REST Assured.- Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks.- Ensure high-quality releases by running automated regression suites.- Prepare test reports and communicate test results effectively to stakeholders.Required Skills :1. Manual Testing Skills :- Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle.- Experience in writing test cases, test scenarios, and test reports.- Good understanding of functional, regression, and integration testing.- Knowledge of database concepts and SQL queries for data validation.2. Automation Testing Skills :- Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Cypress).- Good understanding of test automation frameworks (POM, Hybrid, Data-driven).- Programming skills in Java/Python/JavaScript is required.- Ability to debug automation scripts and maintain the test suite.3. Educational & Other Skills :- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other equivalent with strong academic background and communication skills.- 0 - 2 years of relevant experience is required (full-time only) and internship is an added advantage.- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.- Good communication and documentation skills.- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.- Team player with a proactive approach.
