As a Staff Software Engineer - Back End at Agoda, you will have the opportunity to work on mission-critical backend systems and APIs handling millions of user search requests daily. The Back End Engineering team at Agoda is responsible for building scalable, fault-tolerant systems and APIs that power the core business of Agoda. You will lead the development of complex systems, features, and technical projects, act as a technical architect and mentor, drive architectural improvements, and contribute to Agile and Scrum practices. Collaboration across backend, client, and infrastructure teams is essential, along with continuously improving code quality and development practices.
