Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Consultant

Type: Remote | Contract Duration: 6-12 months (extendable) About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Consultant with strong experience in integrating Oracle HCM Cloud modules and working on Fast Formulas. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and deploying integrations using OIC and supporting HCM functional areas like Core HR, Payroll, and Absence. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party systems using OIC. Work on HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, BI Reports, and Fast Formulas (Payroll, Absence, OTL). Collaborate with functional and technical teams to analyze business requirements and implement solutions. Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data consistency across systems. Manage integration lifecycle design, build, test, deploy, and support. Provide documentation, training, and post-implementation support. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of total experience, with 3+ years in OIC integrations Proven experience in Oracle HCM Cloud module integrations (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, OTL) Hands-on experience in Fast Formulas (Payroll & Absence) Strong understanding of HDL/HSDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and communication skills Preferred Skills: Oracle HCM Implementation/Support experience Experience with REST/SOAP Web Services and Security (OAuth, SAML) Knowledge of Fusion Middleware or ERP Integrations.
