ServiceNow platform, with a focus on ITOM ServiceNowEngineer GENERAL FUNCTION 1. 4 to 6 year years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on ITOM implementations, Service Mapping and Discovery modules 2. Certified in CIS -ITSM , CIS - Discovery, CIS - Service Mapping 3. Manages and improves ServiceNow Discovery and ServiceNow Services Mapping for on-prem / cloud inventory 4. Define configuration items and classes, attributes, data collection, and governance that are important to support other ITSM modules and business objectives 5. Hands-on experience in Building and supporting integrations with data sources other than ServiceNow Discovery 6. Expertise in Setting up and administration of MID servers 7. Create/update/remove Discovery ranges and schedules 8. Monitor CMDB health and resolve conflicts between data sources. Interpret Discovery logs and data to diagnose issues. 9.
