Senior Dot Net Developer/Lead Dot Net Developer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated ASP.NET Developer with 5+ years of experience and with Excellent Communication Skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade web applications using Microsoft technologies. This role requires a passion for coding, problem-solving, and building high-quality software solutions using the latest frameworks and tools. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain ASP.NET web applications following industry best practices. Participate in requirement gathering, analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance phases of the software development lifecycle. Write clean, scalable, and reusable code adhering to coding standards. Work on both front-end and back-end development tasks as required. Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring quality and efficiency. Monitor project execution and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks to continuously enhance technical expertise. Ensure optimal application performance, scalability, and maintainability. Required Skills, Education Experience Proficiency in VB.NET / C#, ASP.NET, T-SQL, HTML, JavaScript, and AJAX. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles. Hands-on experience with design and architectural patterns. Knowledge of concurrency patterns and multi-threaded applications. Experience with web services (ASMX/WCF) and CSS is preferred. Proficient in MS SQL Server, including SSIS, SSRS, stored procedures, views, and database schema design. Understanding of .NET Framework 3.5 or higher. Strong SQL development skills. Familiarity with Common Language Runtime (CLR) concepts and performance optimization techniques. Experience with unit testing frameworks and automated testing platforms. Proficient in version control systems such as Git, SVN, or Mercurial. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. Bachelor s or Master s degree (B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech) in Computer Science or Information Technology. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
