About the job: Position: Project Architect Job Responsibilities 1. Design & Drafting Develop architectural concepts and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, industrial, and interior projects. Prepare architectural, working, and construction drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, and other design software. Create 3D models and presentations for internal teams, clients, and construction teams. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure designs meet technical standards, local codes, and client requirements. 2. Client Coordination Meet with clients to understand project requirements, scope, budget, and design expectations. Present design proposals, discuss project progress, and address client queries throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure completed projects align with client expectations and specifications. 3. Construction & Site Supervision Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and quality. Coordinate with contractors and construction teams to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and project timelines. Resolve on-site design and technical issues while minimizing project delays. 4. Site Planning & Compliance Review site conditions and ensure compliance with zoning regulations, environmental guidelines, and safety standards. Monitor implementation of approved plans and maintain quality throughout construction. 5. Documentation Prepare project documentation, material specifications, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and project manuals. Maintain accurate records of design revisions, approvals, and project documentation. 6. Budget & Schedule Management Assist in planning project schedules and tracking progress against milestones. Support cost estimation, material planning, and budget monitoring. Identify cost-effective solutions while maintaining design quality and project profitability. Requirements Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) Experience: 0-1 year of relevant experience Required Skills: 1) Auto Cad 2) Sketchup 3)Lumion 4)Enscape 5) And MS Office tools.
