About the role
Scouting of Housing Projects suitable for SMHFC. Extracting detailed information about developer and project and advising the project legal team about the same. Liaising with the Developer and obtaining project related documents for legal team and helping in resolving queries. Contribute to all technical aspects Prepare Layout plan, required construction permissions, FIR(first inquiry report), title search report and compilation of all project documents Conducting technical checks at project site and monitoring the construction work on a monthly basis and coordinate with Legal team and HO for the required formalities/queries Being closely involved in the projects, should identify any potential risks/issues and communicate the same with management and workout for the necessary solutions. Act as a mediator between organization and Builders. Experience: 2-4 Years Education Background: Diploma in Civil Engineering or Bachelor s in Civil Engineering Skills and abilities: Good Communication Skills Should be able to interact with builders Independent, Proactive and self motivated Location : Bhilwara and Udaipur.
