About The Role We are looking for a talented Frontend Web Developer to join our team and help create engaging, user-friendly web experiences. You will collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate UI/UX designs into responsive, high-performance web interfaces. Key Responsibilities - Develop responsive and interactive web pages using modern frontend technologies. - Translate Figma/Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect, functional layouts. - Optimize website performance for speed, scalability, and SEO. - Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and data sources. - Maintain and improve existing web applications. - Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness. - Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in frontend development. - Participate in code reviews, documentation, and sprint planning. Required Skills & Qualifications - Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Experience: 14 years of frontend development experience. - Core Skills: - Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6 ) - Experience with contemporary frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, or Angular - Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git/GitHub) - Basic knowledge of RESTful APIs integration - Bonus Skills: - Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or Tailwind CSS - Understanding of SEO fundamentals and Web Accessibility (WCAG) - Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Headless CMS) - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools Soft Skills - Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Problem-solving attitude with a growth mindset. - Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
