Position: Project Manager Civil Industry: Real Estate Experience: 1012 Years Location: Site C, Greater Noida Working Days: 6 Days a Week Employment Type: Full-Time Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Preferred About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager Civil to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of real estate construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete project lifecycle while ensuring adherence to quality standards, project timelines, safety regulations, and budgetary requirements. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage, and execute civil construction projects from inception to completion.Monitor overall site activities, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders for seamless project execution.Prepare and monitor project schedules, resource allocation, and construction progress.Ensure timely completion of projects within approved budgets without compromising quality.Supervise and guide site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory standards.Identify project risks, resolve technical challenges, and implement corrective actions.Review contractor bills, work progress, and material consumption.Coordinate with procurement and planning teams for timely availability of construction materials and equipment.Maintain project documentation, progress reports, MIS, and management presentations.Ensure compliance with local building regulations, safety policies, and environmental guidelines.Report project status, risks, and key deliverables to senior management on a regular basis.Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of RCC structures, finishing works, high-rise building construction, and project execution.Expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder coordination skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Sound understanding of construction quality standards and safety regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera P6 (preferred), and Microsoft Office.Educational QualificationBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil) is mandatory.Preferred Candidate Profile1012 years of relevant experience in the Real Estate Industry.Proven experience in managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use construction projects.Ability to manage multiple teams and deliver projects within stringent timelines.Strong knowledge of project planning, quality control, billing, contractor management, and statutory compliance.Immediate joiners will be given preference.What We OfferOpportunity to work with a growing and dynamic real estate organization.Challenging projects with excellent career growth opportunities.Professional and collaborative work environment.Competitive compensation package based on experience and expertise. .
