About the role
- Client Interacton and Requirement Gathering: - Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectves and technology needs. - Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to collect detailed and accurate requirements. - Analyze and document business processes, data flows, and system requirements. - Communicate effectvely with clients to ensure a clear understanding of their needs. - Prioritze and document client requirements, ensuring they align with project goals. 2. Systems Design and Customizaton: - Create system design documents based on gathered requirements. - Propose solutions, workflows, and system enhancements to address client needs. - Collaborate with development teams to design and customize so ware applicatons, partcularly within the MEAN (MongoDB, Express, Angular, Node.js) or MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) stack. - Ensure that system designs meet client expectatons and project objectves. 3. Liaison Between Clients and Development Teams: - Serve as a liaison between clients and technical teams during the development process. - Translate client requirements into technical specificatons and user stories. - Manage client expectatons and provide regular project status updates. - Resolve conflicts and prioritze feature requests when necessary. 4. Service Delivery and Quality Assurance: - Monitor the development process to ensure that it aligns with client requirements, especially within the MEAN/MERN stack. - Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure software meets specifications. - Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with clients and gather feedback for improvement. - Ensure timely and successful delivery of software solutions to clients. 5. API Integration and Documentation: - Possess a deep understanding of APIs and their role in software development. - Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless API integration with client systems. - Document API requirements, endpoints, and integration details comprehensively. 6.Documentation and Reporting: - Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of client requirements, system designs, and project progress. - Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project status and outcomes to clients and stakeholders. - Continuously update documentation to reflect changes and enhancements made during the project. 7. Continuous Improvement: - Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices, especially in the MEAN/MERN stack and API development. - Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and the quality of service delivery Preferred candidate profile - Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience in business analysis and software development projects, preferably in the MEAN/MERN stack. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in project management and requirements gathering tools . - Working knowledge of MEAN or MERN stack technologies. - Understanding of API design and integration. - Atention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Customer-focused approach and the ability to manage client expectations effectively 2.
