About the Role We're looking for an experienced EHR Implementation Specialist to manage end-to-end onboarding of healthcare clients onto new software platforms. You'll act as the technical and operational bridge between the product and the practice — ensuring smooth go-lives, clean data, and confident end-users. What You'll Do - Lead EHR system implementations from kickoff through go-live across multiple practice types and specialties - Collect and validate practice configurations — workflows, scheduling rules, billing codes, user roles, and preferences - Configure and test integrations between EHR platforms and third-party tools (billing, scheduling, patient engagement, etc.) - Conduct end-user training for front desk, clinical, and billing staff - Maintain SOPs and implementation documentation p er EHR and client type - Serve as the primary client-facing technical contact during the onboarding window - Escalate complex issues to engineering or vendor support with clear, structured write-ups What We're Looking For: - 2+ years in EHR implementation, healthcare IT, or clinical systems support - Solid understanding of clinical and front-office workflows
