About the role

As a Naval Architecture/Marine Engineering professional, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing basic design drawings for hull and structural systems. This includes developing General Arrangement (GA) drawings, structural layouts, and engineering documentation. You will also perform hull structural analysis and calculations as per classification rules, ensuring compliance with shipbuilding standards and regulatory requirements. In addition, you will coordinate with detailed design, production teams, and classification societies, as well as participate in design reviews and cross-functional technical discussions. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and review basic design drawings for hull and structural systems - Develop General Arrangement (GA) drawings, structural layouts, and engineering documentation - Perform hull structural analysis and calculations as per classification rules - Coordinate with detailed design, production teams, and classification societies - Ensure compliance with shipbuilding standards and regulatory requirements - Participate in design reviews and cross-functional technical discussions Qualifications: - Bachelors / Masters in Naval Architecture / Marine Engineering - 515 years of experience in shipbuilding / shipyard design - Strong expertise in hull structural design & ship design principles - Hands-on experience with ship design software & classification standards - Strong technical documentation and coordination skills As a Naval Architecture/Marine Engineering professional, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing basic design drawings for hull and structural systems.
