We are technology partners with HP, Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, NetApp, and other global OEMs. About The Role We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure & Network Admin (L2+) to manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments. The role involves administering Microsoft Azure, enterprise networking, Kubernetes platforms, and security solutions while ensuring high availability, performance, and business continuity. Location: Bandra, Mumbai Department: IT Infrastructure Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 8–10 Years (Rel 5+ Yrs ) Working Days: Monday to Saturday Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (General Shift) Key Responsibilities Manage enterprise infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments. Administer Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud infrastructure. Monitor and maintain infrastructure availability, performance, and reliability. Configure and manage LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and Wireless Networks. Support Kubernetes environments and containerized workloads. Implement and maintain Zero Trust security architecture. Configure and manage firewalls, Zscaler, VPNs, and network security solutions. Perform infrastructure upgrades, patch management, and capacity planning. Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and networking issues. Coordinate with OEMs, cloud providers, ISPs, and technology partners for issue resolution. Ensure compliance with security standards, operational policies, and SLAs. Maintain infrastructure documentation and recommend continuous improvements. Required Skills Microsoft Azure (Mandatory) Hybrid Infrastructure Kubernetes LAN, WAN & SD-WAN VPN & Wireless Networking Firewall Administration Zscaler Zero Trust Security Infrastructure Monitoring Performance Optimization Network Troubleshooting Vendor Management Preferred Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Microsoft Azure, Cisco, VMware, or other relevant certifications will be an added advantage. Experience working in enterprise IT infrastructure environments.
