Role Description The IT Senior Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for maintaining and optimizing the organizations IT infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include managing servers, networks, and cloud services; monitoring system performance; and ensuring data security, backups, and disaster recovery readiness. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues, coordinating with vendors, and supporting internal teams with technical guidance and timely issue resolution. The IT Senior Administrator will also implement best practices for system administration, oversee user access and permissions, and contribute to IT planning, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives that support Swarnasky Technologies AI-driven solutions. Qualifications Strong skills in system and network administration, including server management, virtualization, and basic cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or similar). Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows Server and Linux, along with routine scripting or automation for maintenance and monitoring. Experience with information security practices, including firewalls, antivirus solutions, access control, encryption, and backup/disaster recovery processes. Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, coordinate with vendors, and manage IT assets and inventory. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to document procedures, train users, and work with cross-functional teams. Relevant bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Previous experience in a senior or lead IT administration role; exposure to AI-driven or SaaS product environments is an advantage. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic setting. .
