Roles & Responsibilities Manage and troubleshoot Nginx server configurations and performance issues. Configure and optimize: Reverse proxy setups, Load balancing and routing rules, SSL/TLS configurations Perform performance tuning (caching, compression, worker settings). Handle incident calls, conduct in-depth technical analysis, and provide resolution. Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major incidents. Implement change requests, deployments, and configuration updates. Should have hands-on experience on Linux commands. Shell Scripting knowledge. Additionally Administer and troubleshoot WebSphere Application Server environments: IHS & WAS installation and configuration, Application deployment, Cluster and node management, JVM tuning and analysis Develop and maintain technical documentation and SOPs Technical Requirements PRIMARY – NGINX Strong expertise in: Nginx architecture and configuration, Reverse proxy and load balancing (Layer 4/Layer 7), URL rewriting and request routing, SSL/TLS troubleshooting Experience in: Performance tuning, Debugging HTTP errors (4xx/5xx) SECONDARY – WAS & IHS Hands-on experience with: WebSphere Application Server administration, Application deployments and troubleshooting, JVM tuning and performance analysis Knowledge of: Clusters, nodes, and federated environments Other Skills Linux/Unix administration Shell scripting (preferred) Monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Prometheus) KEY COMPETENCIES Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to handle production-critical issues Leadership and mentoring abilities Effective stakeholder communication KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIS) Complex incident resolution efficiency RCA quality and prevention of recurring issues System performance improvements Change success rate Team mentoring effectiveness Note (i) Our client is looking for immediate & early joiners.
