MEP Engineer / Consultant

MEP Engineer / Consultant Experience: 2–3 Years Preferred | Maximum 5 Years Key Responsibilities Review and coordinate Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, HVAC and ELV drawings . Supervise MEP execution at site as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors and internal project teams . Identify and resolve drawing, coordination and site execution issues. Prepare progress reports, IRs, as-built drawings and relevant documentation . Assist in quantity estimation, material planning and monitoring . Support testing, commissioning, snag closure and final handover . Ensure adherence to safety, quality and project timelines . Mandatory Requirements 2–3 years of relevant MEP experience; maximum 5 years. Hands-on experience in MEP execution and coordination for construction / real estate projects . Strong understanding of Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting and HVAC systems . Ability to read and interpret MEP, architectural and construction drawings . Strong site coordination, documentation and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Knowledge of AutoCAD and basic Revit MEP . Understanding of NBC, IS Codes and applicable local authority requirements . Familiarity with HVAC, DG Sets, STP/WTP, Firefighting and Electrical Distribution Systems .
