Hiring: Architect Interior Detailing & Working Drawings Location: Gurgaon Experience: 3-5 Years At SWBI Architects, we believe that exceptional interiors are built on exceptional drawings. We are looking for an Architect who is passionate about technical detailing, precision, and producing high-quality construction documentation for workplace interiors. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed interior working drawings, GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, and comprehensive construction documentation. Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated, and aligned with design intent and site execution requirements. Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, vendors, and contractors to resolve technical and detailing challenges. Review shop drawings and incorporate necessary revisions. Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and technical documentation. Support site teams by resolving drawing-related queries and ensuring seamless execution. What We're Looking For Bachelors in Architecture with 3-5 years of experience in corporate interior projects. Exceptional proficiency in AutoCAD (Sketchup preferred) with strong drafting and detailing capabilities. Thorough understanding of interior construction methods, materials, joinery, and execution. Ability to produce highly accurate and coordinated drawing sets with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and commitment to technical excellence.
