Experience with Amazon Connect (Contact flows, queues, routing profile, agent hierarchies) Integration experience with Salesforce (Service Cloud Voice) Hands-on with AWS services AWS Lambda (for backend logic) Programming language Java or Python Amazon Lex (Voice/chat bots) CloudWatch IAM Proficiency in programming scripting Java Script, Nodejs Familiarity with CICD pipelines DevOps and infrastructure as code Terraform CloudFormation Solid experience in REST APIs and integration frameworks.
