About the role
As a Windows Networking Support Engineer at our technology services client, you will be required to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Technical Support or Customer Service & Support. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving cases by actively working with customers located globally. You will handle incoming support requests (SEV 1, A, B & C) and work with the internal team to ensure fast resolution and high customer satisfaction. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft Windows Server services like DHCP, DNS, File Share, DFS, Remote access, and NPS. You must have hands-on experience in Networking fundamentals & protocols such as DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, and IPSEC. Additionally, you should possess excellent spoken and written English skills, deep analytical skills, and the ability to build solid relationships at all levels. You will be expected to work in Night Shift (EST & PST time zones) and demonstrate quick learning, independent problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
