SDC is looking to Hire IT Operations Senior Specialist for Bangalore Location Position is Hybrid- 3 days WFO and 2 days WFH Swire Digital Centre have Business in Aviation(Cathay Pacific Airlines Swire Pacific) , Shipping (Swire Shipping), Food (Finlay’s) and beverages etc. Swire Digital Centre was established in Bangalore to set up the Ecommerce part and Digitalization of Swire Shipping Vertical. Role Purpose (Why do we need this role?) The IT Operations Supervisor serves as the senior member of the IT Operations Team supporting the Swire Infrastructure. This role acts as the primary escalation point of contact for client concerns related to infrastructure services. Role Accountabilities (What is this role responsible for delivering?) Oversee the IT infrastructure support team, ensuring the management and support of Swires critical infrastructure aligns with the contract terms. Contribute to IT Manager-assigned projects as required. Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Support and IT Infrastructure Operations . Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Systems and Network Administration . Proven hands-on experience managing enterprise infrastructure environments. Experience supporting AWS and Azure cloud platforms in production environments. Exposure to cybersecurity operations, security controls, and risk management practices. Technical Skills Infrastructure Networking Cloud Technologies(AWS/Azure) Microsoft 365 Administration Cyber Security Preferred Certifications Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate or AWS SysOps Administrator Microsoft 365 Administrator Certification CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CEH, or equivalent cybersecurity certification ITIL Foundation Certification
