About the role
Were Hiring Are you a developer who knows how to leverage AI tools to write clean code, debug instantly, and build things at lightning speed We are looking for a highly motivated Software Development Intern to join us for a 3 to 6 month journey. At SwishX, we are looking for someone who is keen to learn, has a solid grasp of coding fundamentals, and actively uses AI coding assistants (like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or LLMs) as part of their daily development workflow to ship code faster and smarter. What You Will Do 1. Core Software Development: Build, maintain, and optimize features for our applications using contemporary backend/frontend frameworks. 2. AI-Accelerated Coding: Utilize AI tools to speed up writing boilerplate code, refactoring logic, and generating unit tests without sacrificing code quality. 3) API & Data Workflow Integration: Build robust APIs, integrate third-party services, and handle backend data processing. - Rapid Debugging: Use AI coding assistants to quickly diagnose stack traces, resolve system bugs, and research architectural solutions. What Were Looking For - Strong Foundations: A solid understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) so you actually understand the architecture behind the code you are writing. - AI Fluency: Proactive use of AI development tools (Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude) to maximize your engineering productivity. - High Learnability: A massive hunger to learn new tech stacks and operational workflows quickly. - Practical Experience: Personal or college projects where you have built functional applications using modern tech stacks (Python, Node.js, etc.). Role Details 1. Duration: 4 to 6 Months 2. Stipend: Rs 25,000 / month 3.
