About the role
Design and deliver solutions for SAP reporting to big finance departments. Develop and enhance analytical applications and reporting tools using SAP, Microsoft Azure Databricks, and Palantir Landscape. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design functional solutions, and deliver end-to-end analytics products independently. Lead the development of prototypes and ensure timely delivery of production-ready solutions. Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning. Contribute to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines. Job Requirements Minimum 12 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing large data solutions based on Embedded Analytics (CDS views, ABAP). Proficiency in SAP tables/structures, ABAP Objects, REST APIs, OO ABAP, and SQL. Strong analytical thinking and ability to communicate complex processes clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience working in agile environments. Basic functional knowledge of FPSL or Bank Analyzer with exposure to CVPM framework is a plus. Working experience with Databricks, Python - PySpark, Microsoft Azure Analytics components, and PowerBI is desirable. Experience in financial services and insurance industry is preferred. Ability to work in an agile environment with an understanding of methods and tools (ADO/JIRA).
