Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance Test Execution : Develop detailed test plans, scenarios, and cases based on business requirements; execute manual testing across functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing cycles Defect Management : Identify, document, and track defects through closure, ensuring thorough validation and complete test coverage Automation Engineering : Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress ; optimize frameworks and integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines API Performance Testing : Conduct comprehensive API testing using industry-standard tools; perform performance and load testing using tools like JMeter or Gatling Process Improvement : Recommend enhancements to QA processes, tools, and methodologies to improve productivity and quality Mentorship : Provide guidance and support to junior QA team members when required Collaboration : Work closely with Product, Development, and DevOps teams in an Agile environment to support high-quality releases About You You're a detail-oriented professional with a passion for quality and a knack for finding the needle in the haystack.
