Dear All, Looking for a Senior ( .Net full stack developer with AI exp) Exp: 6+yrs NP : 15 days PAN INDIA candidates can apply. JD: Interview Focus Areas: Senior-level software developer with proven end-to-end delivery experience. Advanced AI coding experience is crucial. The candidate should be able to use AI tools effectively to accelerate implementation, improve code quality, and stay productive without sacrificing correctness. Able to use AI responsibly, including prompting well, reviewing output critically, catching edge cases, and turning AI-generated code into production-quality work. Strong ownership mindset; able to take a task from requirement to production with minimal handholding. Reliable delivery: consistently hits commitments, manages time well, and escalates risks early. Strong communication skills in English, especially for daily calls and quick status updates. Comfortable working with high expectations, fast timelines, and tight execution. Comfortable working in a structured team and following our architecture, standards, and design decisions. Good to Have Experience with C#, Web APIs, Angular/React, SQL Server or relational databases. Experience with REST APIs and integration patterns. Experience with authentication, authorization, and secure API development. Experience with background services / scheduled jobs. Cloud-aware development experience, preferably Azure or AWS. Experience with unit testing and integration testing. Strong understanding of clean code, maintainable design, and production troubleshooting. Experience working with distributed or offshore teams.
