About the role
As an Analog Design Architect at Sykatiya Technologies Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in architecting cutting-edge High-Speed RX Architectures for SerDes and wireline communication interfaces. Your responsibilities will include: - Defining and owning High-Speed RX architectures, making system-level trade-offs considering power, performance, area, and reliability. - Architecting and guiding the implementation of key RX blocks such as CTLE, VGA, DFE, Comparators/Slicers, and CDR support circuits. - Analyzing channel characteristics, signal integrity, jitter, noise, and equalization requirements. - Leading technical reviews and mentoring analog design teams. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful silicon product delivery from architecture through validation. Qualifications required for this role: - 12-18+ years of experience in Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design. - Strong expertise in High-Speed RX Architecture Definition and SerDes Design. - Hands-on experience with CTLE, DFE, VGA, CDR, PAM4/NRZ signaling, and Signal Integrity analysis. - Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, and AMS simulation environments. - Proven track record of delivering multiple high-speed silicon products. Preferred experience includes working with PCIe, Ethernet, USB, CXL, UCIe, or similar high-speed interfaces, and familiarity with advanced CMOS/FinFET technology nodes.
